First, about our CI, right now we've setup a new Bigtop CI infra based on new AWS resources. Although it's still under construction, it's working at some point and I'll continue to polish them. If you'd like to help, just send me your ssh key so that I can get you in the master machine. Second, as of BIGTOP-2069, we're now running a CTR trial. Committers can commit directly w/o a +1. However, make sure you've already read through the guideline: https://github.com/apache/bigtop#ctr-model-trial The trial will be due on Dec, 5. Let's gain some practical experience in the trial period and then decide whether to adopt it then. Evans
