Looking into, say, centos and ubuntu docker slaves, I see that user 'jenkins'
has 500 and 1000 ids respectively. It seems like a mess, especially if running
something under that user inside of the container with external folders
mounted. Eg running build on centos and the in ubuntu using the same host
system folder will likely produce some permission clashes. Let's guarantee the
same id for the same user across the toolchains.
