We ran into problem when the Bigtop Zeppelin package was installed in
environment where we already installed Spark. The Spark installation that
Zeppelin did conflicted with the Spark installation we had installed. So
looking for clean way to have Zeppelin install without Spark as an option in
contrast to workaround that we can use for time being where we uninstall
Zeppelin's Spark after installing Zeppelin
