If vagrant VM box is packaged with {{vagrant package}} and then started
elsewhere with {{vagrant up}}, the NN won't get started because hostname will
have wrong IP address info and won't get resolved.
To avoid this, let's add a script which will correctly setup the {{/etc/hosts}}
