I think that's exactly the problem -- the puppet script generates ids in for the list of ip addresses that you pass it, which means that machines are listed with different ids, depending on what machine you're on. I'm working on verifying that this is what's happening, and then I'm going to file a ticket + patch. Thank you for the help :-) ~ PeteVG
