This issue caused by "angular" dependency conflict, bower install command
doesn't proceed further, thus It causes the whole Zeppelin build fail.
This issue was fixed by zeppelin community few hours ago. Need to create a
bigtop patch from PR https://github.com/apache/zeppelin/pull/1725
