Right now we commonly use repos URL in the form of
{{http://bigtop-repos.s3.amazonaws.com/releases/1.1.0/centos/7/x86_64}}.
However, a long time ago we have created a DNS CNAME
{{repos.bigtop.apache.org}} which is currently pointing to the former target.
Let's use the CNAME which can be changed without any code modification on our
side.
