There have been a few notable updates since the last bundle refresh in June.
Let's update the juju bundles to pick these up:
BIGTOP-2834: spark charm: refactor for restricted networks; lib cleanup
BIGTOP-2835: puppet fails when bigtop::jdk_preinstalled is true
BIGTOP-2836: charm metric collector race condition
BIGTOP-2844: zeppelin charm: spark config should match zeppelin spark config
BIGTOP-2867: spark charm: make bigtop version configurable
Let's also adjust the rsyslog and ganglia relations for hadoop-hbase and
hadoop-spark. Since hbase and spark (respectively) are colocated on the same
unit as our rsyslog and ganglia principals, we should not attach
rsyslog-forwarder or ganglia-node to these applications.
