In upstream release Solr uses 8983/8984 as its default service ports.
In bigtop-deploy configurations (cluster.yaml, solr/manifests/init.pp,
bigtop-deploy/puppet/modules/solr/tests/init.pp) it is set to use 1978/1979.
Not clear about the reason for it. But this configuration has conflicts with
spark (spark/tests/init.pp), and doesn't match the descriptions in Hue's
deployment file (hue/manifests/init.pp, hue/tests/init.pp)
So it is better to restore the solr ports to 8983/8984.
