Gah! We've let good code slip through a crack :(
The juju bigtop charms and bundles were updated back in November when 1.2.1 was
released. The artifacts were pushed to the juju charm store and people have
been using them ever since. That's great!
The source for these deployments never got committed upstream. That's not
great.
Let's fix that.
