BIGTOP-3081 changed HBase and ignite-hadoop to be arch dependent.
Thus on Fedora-26 following error is raised:

Empty %files file /ws/build/hbase/rpm/BUILD/hbase-1.3.2/debugfiles.list

Need to disable debug package generation for these two components.
