In this PR, we use the bigtop official repo for packages installation like: `http://repos.bigtop.apache.org/releases/1.4.0/centos/7/$basearch http://repos.bigtop.apache.org/releases/1.4.0/ubuntu/16.04/$(ARCH) ` And ambari web ui may not be resolve `$(ARCH)` and `$basearch`. So plesase skip repo base validation:
