Node.js was added to the bigtop_toolchain for building Ambari on BIGTOP-2518,
but [the current version of Ambari downloads Node.js itself using
frontend-maven-plugin|https://github.com/apache/ambari/blob/release-2.6.1/ambari-web/pom.xml#L128].
So it should be able to be removed for reducing machine resource usage.
