It may be a temporary problem, but according to its github page, jnr-fuse's
official repository is JCenter.
https://github.com/SerCeMan/jnr-fuse/tree/0.5.1#maven
So it'd be better downloading it from JCenter rather than Spring's one. That
repository seems to be normal, as follows:
