I think there's no conflict and in the arm/ mpack/wiki joint talk, you can also mention about bigtop 3.0 breifly, and instruct audience that there's a more detailed talk which will be presented by kengo/masatake, and vice versa.
Connections in both talks make them look like a series, which creates synergy of the impact.
