### Description of PR
Upgrade Spark version to v3.2.1.
patch SPARK-35420 is already [merged to
v3.2.1](https://github.com/apache/spark/commits/v3.2.1?after=ceb8122c406ee516f747301f68e26617c08e4ebb+0&branch=v3.2.1&qualified_name=refs%2Ftags%2Fv3.2.1),
so I removed the patch.
### How was this patch tested?
- **Ubuntu 20.04 / amd64**
```sh
./gradlew spark-pkg
./docker-hadoop.sh -d -C config_ubuntu-20.04.yaml --create 3 --memory
8g --enable-local-repo --repo file:///bigtop-home/output/apt
--disable-gpg-check --stack yarn,hdfs,spark --smoke-tests spark
```
- **CentOS7 / arm64**
```sh
./gradlew spark-pkg
./docker-hadoop.sh -d -C config_centos-7.yaml --create 3 --memory 8g
--enable-local-repo --repo file:///bigtop-home/output --disable-gpg-check
--stack yarn,hdfs,spark --smoke-tests spark
```
