https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/BIGTOP-3710 After [HADOOP-16614](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HADOOP-16614), we need to set `-Dleveldbjni.group=org.fusesource.leveldbjni` to use locally installed leveldbjni built [in the do-component-build script of Hadoop](https://github.com/apache/bigtop/blob/97d7aaa5b8a024731faff4416e5f51878031e3eb/bigtop-packages/src/common/hadoop/do-component-build#L45-L105). In addition, we need to address error in check-aggregate-license due to unexpected dependencies.
