Currently HDFS service in Mpack was integrated in Ambari core.
It's not convenient for us to upgrade Mpack to support Bigtop 3.x repo.
We have to modify the Ambari source and re-build and re-deploy Ambari
respectively.
The task is to decouple HDFS services from Ambari Core and fix the issues of
HDFS deployment from Bigtop 3.x repo.
