### Description of PR
Support puppet deploy ambari with bigtop-ambari-mpack
### How was this patch tested?
#### 1. edit the provisioner docker docker-compose.yaml, add port binding
props, such as
```yaml
ports:
- 8088:8080
```
#### 2. edit the config.yml file
```yaml
docker:
memory_limit: "4g"
image: "bigtop/puppet:trunk-centos-7"
repo: "http://repos.bigtop.apache.org/releases/3.1.0/centos/7/$basearch";
distro: centos
components: [ambari]
enable_local_repo: false
smoke_test_components: [ambari]
```
#### 2. create ambari container by docker-hadoop.sh
```shell
./docker-hadoop.sh -d -c 1
```
