Fail to build Sqoop against Hadoop-3.3.4:

/ws/build/sqoop/rpm/BUILD/sqoop-1.4.7/build.xml:1307: impossible to ivy
retrieve: java.lang.RuntimeException: problem during retrieve of
com.cloudera.sqoop#sqoop: java.lang.RuntimeException: Multiple artifacts of the
module org.apache.hadoop#hadoop-common;3.3.4 are retrieved to the same file!
Update the retrieve pattern to fix this error.
