Failed to compile hadoop 3.2.4 version on OpenEuler.
Error log: redhat-rpm-config is needed by hadoop-3.2.4-1.x86_64
Solution：using the rpm-config version by the OpenEuler，name is
openEuler-rpm-config.
The patch file can be provided later.
