ranger-hdfs-plugin and ranger-yarn-plugin install jars on the same directory,
`/usr/lib/hadoop/lib`. If both NameNode and ResourceManager are installed on
the same machine, it could be a problem when installing or upgrading plugins
respectively. It should be separated.
