Some projects, like Kafka, use Java 11 or higher version on the current version
and are preparing to remove Java 8. On contrast, a lot of projects are still
remained to use Java 8.
Bigtop includes both, so we need to manage this situation.
For the starting point, I propose including OpenJDK 11 on bigtop-toolchain and
enable to use it on the build docker container.
