### Description of PR
Align the version of the components in Mpack.
Also update repo info to 3.2.
### How was this patch tested?
Deploy Mpack and check services versions:
`cd bigtop/provisioner/bigtop-stack-provisioner/docker/centos7`
Build environment image: `./build-image.sh`
Setup Environment: `./build-containers.sh`
Access Ambari webui: `localhost:8080`
Check Bigtop serivces:
