### Description of PR
This PR upgrades Spark version to 3.3.3.
### How was this patch tested?
Ran the following commands on CentOS 7 (x86_64).
```
$ ./gradlew allclean spark-pkg repo -Dbuildwithdeps=true
$ cd provisioner/docker
$ ./docker-hadoop.sh -d -dcp -C config_centos-7.yaml -L -k hdfs,yarn,spark
-s spark -c 3
...
