1. Support users to choose their desired AI platform and add authorization such
as AppKey to it
2. Support adding/deleting AI platforms
3. Support users to add/delete threads
4. Chat threads have memory capabilities, and when users open existing threads,
they can return historical records
5. Support specifying the language used for AI responses based on the front-end
language
6. Corresponding unit tests
