Add MySQL to infra stack so we can set it as hive required service and users
don't need to care about database settings, the mysql tarball is download
directly from [https://dev.mysql.com/downloads/mysql/,] all we do is
download/extract/maintain it, users can do operations like other services like
ZooKeeper
