Thank you so much for preparing a new RC!

+1 (binding)

* Differences between source tarball and code repository are only CI-
and VCS-related things.
* All of signatures and checksums are correct.
* `./gradlew rat` detects a few false-alarms, but they will be
addressed in the next release (BIGTOP-4434).
* Binary packages are successfully installed into Rocky Linux 9
  with published bigtop.repo and GPG-KEY files, enabling the devel
repo as noted in
  
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/BIGTOP/Overview+of+Bigtop+3.4.0+Support+Matrix.
* Service restart issue (BIGTOP-4433) is already addressed.
