If Trac wasn't able to sync all revisions, I would have expected an error in the output of `trac-admin $TRACENV repository resync "reposname"`. If Bloodhound/Trac was able to sync all revisions, but there was a repository access permissions issue, we probably could have gotten some hints about the issue with the log level set to debug and attempting to view one of the missing revisions. https://issues.apache.org/bloodhound/wiki/TracLogging
