Hi I am a 4th Dual Degree(B.tech+M.tech) Computer Science student of IIT Kharagpur. I am very much interested to be a part of Apache in GSoC 2014.* I was going through the ideas/bugs section and I think I can contribute to "**Filesystem abstraction for Apache Bloodhound**" idea as I have decent experience in Python.*
I have worked in Python in my project of Predicting Trending Topics of Twitter from 1% of total tweets of 2 days and also during my internship at University of Auckland where I did coding in python for finding the various characteristics of File Hosting Sites like the Popularity of files, posters etc. Other than that I have used it extensively for crawling data from various sites. *I have done OS course(with lab) and Distributed Systems too which has made me quite familiar with Filesystem.
