Thanks for your interest in contributing to the Bloodhound project. All of the information that you will need about getting started with the project can be found at https://issues.apache.org/bloodhound/ but there appears to be a problem with the site that I need to look into.
I will aim to get the site back up and running over the weekend if I can but in the meantime it would be useful to get some familiarity with Trac which Bloodhound is built on top of. The Trac website here - https://trac.edgewall.org/ has more details on that project. Also if you have any other questions then please ask them on this list and we will endeavour to answer them.
