Pre TLP, whenever we updated the docs/ directory of trunk, the website docs for
trunk would be "automatically" updated. Updates to the docs still needed to be
built with the old build_trigger mechanism, and the site published through CMS.
The docs were pulled in using a svn:external link. This is no longer possible,
as _master_'s docs/ directory is in git.
We need a new way to sync master docs on the website with what is in git.
