Throwing InterruptedException in ReadOnlyBookie#ReadOnlyBookie is strange. Do
you have a particular reason for choosing InterruptedException. I think
IllegalArgumentException or even IOException would be more natural, as the
thread in question isn't actually being interrupted.
Otherwise, it patch looks good.
