For hedwig, there is a org.apache.hedwig.util.FileUtils (in hedwig-client) does
the same thing. Since
org.apache.hedwig.server.persistence.LocalDBPersistenceManager (in
hedwig-server) already uses FileUtils, I think we could employ it similarly in
the patch.
