Description:
Recently when handling ticket 865 and 866, there is some thread related issues
caused pre-commit test fail.
example could be found here:
https://builds.apache.org/job/bookkeeper-trunk-precommit-build/959.
currently, most of test case could pass, and one test case could always fail:
org.apache.bookkeeper.benchmark.TestBenchmark

After doing some investigate and narrowed this down, this may related to change
of ticket 862. I would like to investigate this a little more to confrim this,
so temp assign this to my self.
