I think it's a good point.

So far, the closest thing we have is this twiki page:
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/BOOKKEEPER/Roadmap
But it's kind of not very visible for users and outdated. We should keep
that page for feature planning for future releases.

I think we could either:
 1. Add a highlights sections in the release notes page
 2. Create a "History" page in documenation where we put the highlights for
each release

I'd say I prefer option #2. What do you guys think?
