I have started writing some code for this issue.
I'm backporting the original [~iv...@yahoo-inc.com] patch. but code is changed
a lot. Then I will add more configuration parameters (as the ciphers list and
other rolling upgrade features) and at the end I will add mutual SSL
authentication.
There are some protocol and BookieRequestProcessor changes. I'm going to rebase
the patch at BOOKKEEPER-959 work
