[~eolivelli] for smaller changes (not big features), let's use JIRA, Github
Issues or PR. BP should only be used for big features/changes, public API
changes and such. For example, security is a big feature, which it can be a BP,
but adding an auth plugin can just simply be an issue; adding a new interface
for reading uncommitted entries is a public API change, which it can be a BP. I
don't suggest to overuse BP.
