that makes sense. or "Client CLI Reference" for consistency?
maybe also a preamble on the server CLI page saying it starts the server,
not to be confused with the `<a href=...>Client CLI</a>`
and similar on the client CLI that we assume a server is running, either
started by someone else, or by you using the `<a href=...>Server CLI</a>`
?
