[WIP] Rebase of PR #1140 onto incubator-brooklyn master
This is a rebase of #1140 onto incubator-brooklyn's master with the purpose
of applying the changes onto the new repos (non-incubating). I hope I managed
to preserve the changes made onto master while merging CXF changes. I left
#1140 untouched for reference.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/CMoH/incubator-brooklyn cxf-rebased
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/incubator-brooklyn/pull/1182.patch
To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
