@neykov agreed - weird.
The jenkins job links to
https://builds.apache.org/job/brooklyn-server-pull-requests/221/, which shows
the results for 221 and 222 as two adjacent columns. For 222, the " Brooklyn
Test Support Utilities" failed with the error shown below:

[INFO] -------------------------------------------------------------
[ERROR] No compiler is provided in this environment. Perhaps you are
running on a JRE rather than a JDK?
```
That is a similar error to that in
https://github.com/apache/brooklyn-server/pull/72
