[OSGi] Load jclouds bundles in Karaf
Needed to break the `locations-jclouds` dependency on `googlecompute` as it
doesn't have an osgi bundle in `1.9.2`.
With the change I am able to deploy `MachineEntity` to Amazon, Softlayer,
Bluebox.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/neykov/brooklyn-server osgi/jclouds
