Currently if you add a parameter to an effector you can only set the {{name}}
and {{description}}. The name is used as an environment variable in any command
scripts and doesn't lend itself to presentation via the UI.
It would be preferable to have a {{label}} parameter similar to that in the
{{EntityConfigSummary}}.
