Suppress exceptions in the isRunning check for Windows
Some Windows Blueprints require restart.
That's why for the isRunning check,
I catched WinRM IO Exceptions which could happen because of the restart.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/bostko/brooklyn-server windows_is_running
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
