As more and more clouds offer private networking and multiple networks,
it's time for us to do more to support this in blueprints. Some of us
have collected some thoughts and put together a proposal, aimed mainly
at giving clarity and better control when multiple networks are present.

There are some open questions especially around naming that we really
want opinions on.
