Let downstream projects pass custom brooklyn properties to Brooklyn
The properties passed in `getBrooklynPropertiesSupplier` have less
precedence than global and local properties.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/neykov/brooklyn-server
custom-properties-supplier
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
