Re-use pom config from brooklyn-server
Analogously to brooklyn-library reuse pom configuration from
brooklyn-server. While not ideal this allows us to have version and plugin
configuration at one place.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/neykov/brooklyn-client pom-dry
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/brooklyn-client/pull/27.patch
