    BindDns improvements for CentOS

    On CentOS bind is run by `named`, on Debian it is `bind`. Previously we 
used the latter in both cases.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/sjcorbett/brooklyn-library bind
