Thanks @geomacy. Merging.
For the " 13. restart machine" step could stop the sshd daemon for a short
while before restarting. This will prevent brooklyn from sshing in and cause
on-fire state on the entity. Could need additional steps though - Brooklyn is
caching ssh sessions so could re-use the current one, being able to execute
commands even if the sshd daemon is stopped (the session is kept open still).
