Description:
The Brooklyn docs contain recommended settings for limits, entropy and other
metrics it depends on, but it would be even better if Brooklyn itself checked
the values on startup and complained loudly if they were not sufficient.
At least a message in the logs would be valuable, or maybe even Brooklyn could
refuse to start without some flag acknowledging the user's acceptance of the
low limits.
Additional possibilities would include:
* Expose the limits and whether they are sufficient through API
* Display this in the GUI
